Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation is available within 14 calendar days (two weeks) of purchase, and up to 7 days that are not rest days (i.e., excluding Saturdays and holidays) before the event start date, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the amount paid or ₪100, whichever is lower.
