Chillz N.L.E Ltd ("Chillz", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to making our website and services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with applicable Israeli law and international accessibility standards.
Our commitment
We strive to make our website and services accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We work to substantially conform to:

Accessibility features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:

- Visible focus indicators on all interactive controls
- Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and ARIA attributes
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA requirements for text and interactive elements

Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some user-generated event descriptions and images may not include accessibility metadata, since they are uploaded by event organizers
- Embedded third-party content (videos, payment processors, maps) may have limited accessibility support outside our control
- Some legacy pages and PDFs may not yet be fully optimized
