Valhalla, derived from the Old Norse language, is considered the heaven or afterlife for heroic Vikings that fall at battle directly to a place of honor, glory, or happiness. A heaven-like feeling.
What started as a fun project in Cape Town, South Africa, by Ben Tov and friend Alejandro hosting 100 people in Castle with fantastic music and food, quickly developed into a successful event series hosting up to 700 people in and around Cape Town. The most important message of Valhalla is acceptance, radical self-inclusion, good energy, and a place to set your mind and body free.
The music is essential, and every lineup is cleverly crafted to give an experience of an electronic musical journey while sticking to a style that defines the musical expertise of Valhalla parties. The vision is to expand this experience around the globe to share the love and grow the Valhalla family to unite all as one.
